All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.

Please submit your return request by email to [email protected] and we will send you detail information on how to send the order back & which warehouse to send the order back to for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Packages sent back to ProVisions Modular Hardware must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved.

Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to ProVisions Modular Hardware in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your acct in the amount the buyer paid for the order less standard shipping & handling fee.
